How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the game.
2. Open the Settings page.
3. At the bottom of the page, in the Delete account section, enter your password and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period: as soon as you confirm, the account is gone.

What is deleted

• your user name, the stored check value of your password and (if you gave one) your e-mail address;
• your villages, armies and resources;
• your messages, reports, notifications and notes;
• your market offers;
• your sign-ins in the browser and on the phone.

What remains

Your name may appear in other players' reports and messages if you played with each other. We do not delete these: they are the other player's own data, and a battle report from which the opponent's name disappears loses its meaning. The tribe you were a member of stays with the others; if you founded it, it gets another founder.

If you cannot sign in

Write to the operator of the server, and they will delete the account. You need to give your user name in the request.
